A: Each item is handmade, so there may be a slight variation with each product. However, we guarantee to create a product that you are sure to enjoy!

A: Please allow us 3 - 5 business days to process your order.

A: Standard Shipping can take up 5 - 7 business days.

A: All shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS)

A: All sales are final. Additionally, no exchanges can be made. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your product after three days upon receiving it,  please contact us directly via Email Us  to further discuss the nature of your issue.
